Since 2000 our population has grown at an incredibly fast pace from around 40,000 to 120,000. The citizens of Frisco have everything to do with this rating. Blood Tests Divide Supreme Court

The current Supreme Court case, Missouri v. McNeely, has the justices divided on an unsurprisingly controversial issue. Two years ago 25-year-old Tyler McNeely was stopped in the wee hours of the morning under suspected drunk driving. After failing several field sobriety tests, McNeely refused to provide a breath sample, and was immediately subjected to a blood test. Although the test revealed that McNeely was certainly above the legal blood-alcohol limit, the manner in which the sample was acquired is now being questioned. The case is examining whether law enforcement officials should be allowed to extract a blood sample in cases where a driver refuses a breathalyzer exam.
