Frisco CrossFit is a school of elite fitness located in Frisco, Texas.  We are not your typical gym.  We teach the CrossFit methodology, which includes basic to advanced level classes in functional exercise, athletic conditioning, plyometrics, kettlebell training, olympic weightlifting, medicine ball training, and basic gymnastics. Our students are extremely diverse in their experience, conditioning, and lives and include police, firefighters, students, triathletes, grandparents, business executives, stay-at-home moms, military personnel, and martial artists.
