Real Frisco has two (2) cameras that we rely on for taking photos in the field, one of those cameras, A Canon D40, stopped working 3 weeks ago. The camera is still under warranty but the wait to get it fixed by Canon was unacceptable so we looked for someone to fix it who could give us a quicker turn around. We found the Teleplan Camera Repair Center which has a facility in Texas. We placed our repair order online and followed up with a phone call. They guaranteed we would have our camera back in 14 days. We received it back and working in 12 days. This is a special thanks to Teleplan Camera Repair for outstanding customer service.

Over all our experience with Teleplan Camera Repair was 5 stars. The website was very easy to use to get a quote and to get shipping information. The camera was repaired and the turn-around was incredible.
