Frisco, TX Home sales in September of 2009 are up again this month by 29% compared to sales data from 2008. In September of 2009 there were 240 homes sold (closed) in Frisco as compared to 171 homes that sold in September of 2008.

This will be Frisco TX's 4 consecutive month with a strong increase in sales over previous years sales.  September brings the largest increase so far probably due to the $8000 Tax Credit that will expire Dec 1st 2009.  The Average Days on market continued to stay down in the mid 70's with the Average price Per Sq foot moving up and the average selling price also moving up.  The Frisco Economy is strong and growing and the growth in sales continues to back that up.  All in all this is good news for the Frisco Real Estate MarketFrisco Real Estate MarketFrisco Real Estate Market.

Frisco, TX Home sales in August of 2009 up again this month 14% compared to sales data from 2008. In August of 2009 there were 267 homes sold (closed) in Frisco as compared to 234 homes that sold in August of 2008.

This will be our 3rd consecutive month with a strong increase in sales over previous years sales.  The Average Days on market continued to stay down in the mid 70's with the Average price Per Sq foot moving up and the average selling price also moving up.  These are good indicators that our Frisco Economy is storng and growing.  All in all this is good news for the Frisco Real Estate MarketFrisco Real Estate Market.
