This will be Frisco TX's 4 consecutive month with a strong increase in sales over previous years sales.  September brings the largest increase so far probably due to the $8000 Tax Credit that will expire Dec 1st 2009.  The Average Days on market continued to stay down in the mid 70's with the Average price Per Sq foot moving up and the average selling price also moving up.  The Frisco Economy is strong and growing and the growth in sales continues to back that up.  All in all this is good news for the Frisco Real Estate Market.
