Although, there still remains many foreclosures, there are not as many as were predicted. The ability for home owners to short sale their properties has helped them stay out of Foreclosure. The Average Days on market hovered down in the low 80's with the Average price Per Sq foot moving up. The Frisco Economy is strong and growing and the growth in sales continues to back that up. All in all this continues to be good news for the Frisco Real Estate Market
