This will be Frisco TX's 5th consecutive month with a strong increase in sales over previous years sales. September brought the largest increase so far and those numbers were even adjusted higher. October is still strong with a 32% increase, and the rest of the country suffering. The Average Days on market continued to stay down in the mid 70's with the Average price Per Sq foot moving up and the average selling price also moving up. The Frisco Economy is strong and growing and the growth in sales continues to back that up. All in all this continues to be good news for the Frisco Real Estate Market
