Frisco ISD will host immunization clinics this summer to assist new and returning students who may be missing required vaccines for the 2015-2016 school year.
State law requires children to be immunized against certain vaccine-preventable diseases to attend school in Texas.
Clinics will be held on July 7-10, July 17 and July 24 between 8:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. daily at Vandeventer Middle School, 6075 Independence Parkway, Frisco, TX, 75035.
A parent or guardian must accompany each student. Please bring your child’s vaccine record with you.
Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, United HealthCare and Aetna PPO plans will be accepted. HMO plans will not be accepted. Families must bring a photo copy of their insurance card and the driver’s license of the insured individual.
If the student is covered by Medicaid, please bring a copy of the insurance card.
Children under 18 who do not have any insurance can receive vaccines at a cost of $10 per shot.
If the student is covered by an insurance plan that is not outlined above, he or she can receive vaccines at the prices listed below. Please note that only cash or check will be accepted.
